Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn about outdoor products and communities
- Basic proficiency in computer use

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable and valuable customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customers' needs
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in the execution of Loss Prevention initiatives
