Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by offering relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share knowledge about products and community activities
- achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources
- assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist with the implementation of loss prevention strategies
- maintain overall store visual and operational standards
