Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- basic computer proficiency
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- willingness to learn product knowledge and community information relevant to The North Face clientele

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant product and community knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals utilizing all available resources to meet customers’ needs
- assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in the execution of loss prevention initiatives
- assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
