Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to perform physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and standing for long durations
- Must be able to operate point of sale systems
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and store policies
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customer needs
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in the execution of all loss prevention initiatives
- Assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
