Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to perform physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and standing for long durations
  • Must be able to operate point of sale systems
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge and store policies
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties

  • Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
  • Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
  • Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customer needs
  • Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
  • Assume cashier duties as needed
  • Assist in the execution of all loss prevention initiatives
  • Assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
