- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable and valuable customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources to meet customer needs
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in execution of loss prevention initiatives
- Support overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
