Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing relevant product and community knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share knowledge about products and activities to enhance customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by effectively utilizing all resources
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and merchandise presentation
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Support loss prevention initiatives and contribute to overall store operations and maintenance
