Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper uniform and nametag
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner
  • Assist cashier in collection of money or credit cards and prepare cashier reports
  • Know and apply state liquor laws and service standards
  • Attend meetings and training as required
  • Assist servers and cashiers as needed
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to side work checklist
  • Ensure quality and cleanliness of menus
  • Answer telephone according to standards
  • Maintain friendly and warm demeanor at all times
