Job Duties

  • assure attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets including the restaurant, room service, lounge, and banquets
  • maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs
  • work towards improving food and beverage sales revenues to exceed budget
  • oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • train and manage food and beverage staff
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
