Job Duties
- assure attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets including the restaurant, room service, lounge, and banquets
- maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs
- work towards improving food and beverage sales revenues to exceed budget
- oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- train and manage food and beverage staff
- collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
