Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a golf course setting
- Proficiency in operating POS systems
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Strong communication skills
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and EZ Links software
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience operating POS (point of sales) software
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach overhead and below knees
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a beverage cart position at a golf course
- Computer literate with knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software such as EZ Links, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Review tee sheet daily and understand the flow of tee times
- Ensure beverage carts are visually appealing and present menu offerings on-course
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, beverage carts, and storage areas
- Report any defects in equipment to the Food and Beverage Manager
- Provide consistent service standards on beverage carts and bar
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet customer needs
- Implement creative ideas to enhance the on-course experience
