Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physically able to perform duties including standing and walking for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Job Duties
- Expedite and deliver food to the table of diners accurately placing items for each guest within the standard service times
- Assists servers with providing service to guests
- Assists in the completion of assigned daily side work
- Preset tables for each shift
- Promptly clean and reset tables throughout the shift immediately after diners depart
- Stock operating supplies including china glass silverware linen etc
- Present and continuously replenish non-alcoholic beverages and bread at the table throughout service
- Keep tables of the guest clean by removing the used unwanted items
- Maintain continuous presence in the dining room
- Pick up fresh linen from the laundry to restock for the next shift
- Clean and sanitize all front of house areas including the cappuccino machine
- Other duties as assigned
