Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food runner or similar hospitality role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Expedite and deliver food to the table of diners, accurately placing items for each guest, within the standard service times
  • Assists servers with providing service to guests
  • Assists in the completion of assigned daily side work
  • Preset tables for each shift
  • Promptly clean and reset tables throughout the shift, immediately after diners depart
  • Stock operating supplies including china, glass, silverware, linen, etc.
  • Present and continuously replenish non-alcoholic beverages and bread at the table throughout service
  • Keep tables of the guest clean by removing the used/unwanted items
  • Maintain continuous presence in the dining room
  • Pick up fresh linen from the laundry to restock for the next shift
  • Clean and sanitize all front of house areas, including the cappuccino machine
  • Other duties as assigned
