Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • physical ability to perform kitchen tasks

Job Duties

  • prepare and present quality food to guests
  • perform prep cook tasks such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients
  • perform grill cook tasks including setting up broiler, fryer, and grill stations
  • prepare products to guest specifications and follow plate presentation guides
  • complete prep, freezer pull, and temperature checklist sheets
  • practice safe food handling and storage
  • maintain kitchen equipment per operating standards
  • prioritize work according to restaurant and guest needs
  • build communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
