- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- good communication skills

- physical ability to perform kitchen tasks

Job Duties
- prepare and present quality food to guests
- perform prep cook tasks such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients
- perform grill cook tasks including setting up broiler, fryer, and grill stations
- prepare products to guest specifications and follow plate presentation guides
- complete prep, freezer pull, and temperature checklist sheets
- practice safe food handling and storage
- maintain kitchen equipment per operating standards
- prioritize work according to restaurant and guest needs
- build communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
