Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of alcohol and drink ingredients
- Familiarity with menu items and specials
- Ability to perform daily cleaning duties and side work
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Positive, courteous, and polite attitude
- Professional appearance and uniform compliance
- Adherence to safety standards
- Follow health department specifications
- Willingness to attend TIPS training and properly card guests

Job Duties
- Bartending service includes the proper set up of all garnishes, alcohol, wines
- Maintain daily set up and/or breakdown of the bar area
- Be aware of events in the area and suggest them to guests
- Follow and maintain health department specifications
- Fill out daily temperature logs, rotate product first in first out, record/dispose of expired product on waste log
- Strive to exceed guest satisfaction and provide the best possible service
- Understand job responsibilities and display necessary skills to complete tasks
- Participate in department meetings and communicate ideas
- Resolve guest concerns or department issues promptly
- Utilize time well and meet department standards
- Control expenses by reducing waste and generating revenue through suggestive selling
- Keep work area neat and clean including recycling
- Attend TIPS training and card guests under 40
- Communicate daily drink specials to restaurant staff
- Participate in ordering alcohol and wines
- Assist with month end inventories
- Communicate special needs to restaurant managers
- Monitor food and alcohol waste
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and deep clean bar area
- Actively work in assigned restaurant areas such as counter service, running food, and table service
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
