Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Responsible alcohol service certification from a MLCC recognized program such as TIPS or SERV Safe
- Preferred SERV Safe manager certification
- Preferred four-year degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 4 years management experience in high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Experience in beverage management and menu creation
- Experience in private dining event coordination and execution
- Understanding of hospitality cost control management
Job Duties
- Supervise the Wolfgang Puck front of house team including managers, sales managers, servers, hosts, and food runners
- Coordinate with culinary and stewarding teams to promote positive front and back of house relationships
- Plan menus for clients according to Wolfgang Puck food and beverage standards
- Oversee training programs for all colleagues to maintain hospitality standards
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction standards daily
- Manage scheduling and supervision of banquet staff
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Participate in aggressive hospitality greeting all guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
- Conduct final walk through and complete nightly operations handover
- Provide coaching and training to staff during shifts
