Job Requirements

  • Responsible alcohol service certification
  • Proven experience supervising front of house operations

Job Qualifications

  • Responsible alcohol service certification from a MLCC recognized program such as TIPS or SERV Safe
  • Preferred SERV Safe manager certification
  • Preferred four-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 4 years management experience in high-volume restaurant or hotel
  • Experience in beverage management and menu creation
  • Experience in private dining event coordination and execution
  • Understanding of hospitality cost control management

Job Duties

  • Supervise the Wolfgang Puck front of house team including managers, sales managers, servers, hosts, and food runners
  • Coordinate with culinary and stewarding teams to promote positive front and back of house relationships
  • Plan menus for clients according to Wolfgang Puck food and beverage standards
  • Oversee training programs for all colleagues to maintain hospitality standards
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction standards daily
  • Manage scheduling and supervision of banquet staff
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
  • Participate in aggressive hospitality greeting all guests with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
  • Conduct final walk through and complete nightly operations handover
  • Provide coaching and training to staff during shifts
