Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to uphold safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections and productivity checks
  • Lead and motivate room attendants and house attendants through training and clear communication
  • Manage lost-and-found items and maintain strict key control and access security
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met throughout all facilities and equipment
  • Step in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed to maintain operational continuity
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation related to housekeeping activities
  • Monitor safety protocols to enhance the well-being of guests and staff
