Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections and productivity checks
- Lead and motivate room attendants and house attendants through training and clear communication
- Manage lost-and-found items and maintain strict key control and access security
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met throughout all facilities and equipment
- Step in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed to maintain operational continuity
- Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation related to housekeeping activities
- Monitor safety protocols to enhance the well-being of guests and staff
