Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with required certifications such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • proficiency with hospitality management systems
  • ability to motivate and lead a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries
  • maintain communication logs, handle messages and packages accurately
  • monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue growth
  • train and lead front desk associates fostering teamwork and professional development
  • address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the front desk
