Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- compliance with required certifications such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- proficiency with hospitality management systems
- ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries
- maintain communication logs, handle messages and packages accurately
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue growth
- train and lead front desk associates fostering teamwork and professional development
- address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the front desk
