Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage and maintain accurate reservations and financial transactions
  • Coordinate communication between guests and hotel departments
  • Provide detailed information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure its appearance reflects hotel standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other hotel operations as needed
