Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Duties
- Address guests by name and respond promptly to requests
- Assist servers with presenting menus and answering guest questions
- Prepare condiment baskets and ensure orders are accurate and presentable
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile
- Monitor and maintain supply stock
- Keep kitchen and café areas clean and organized
- Relay kitchen times to servers and management
