Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Address guests by name and respond promptly to requests
  • Assist servers with presenting menus and answering guest questions
  • Prepare condiment baskets and ensure orders are accurate and presentable
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile
  • Monitor and maintain supply stock
  • Keep kitchen and café areas clean and organized
  • Relay kitchen times to servers and management
