- Relevant experience as a lead barista or food and beverage supervisor within a full-service resort
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Experience with scheduling, time management, and staff evaluations
- Capacity to handle operational challenges promptly
- Passion for coffee and commitment to excellent service

Job Duties
- Supervise the operational efforts and strategies of The Hutch food and beverage outlets
- Supervise culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation associates
- Train food and beverage associates in job performance, service, cleaning and sanitation, and other applicable areas
- Assist with writing schedules, checking time punches, training, and evaluations
- Take immediate action on problems encountered in the outlets
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, and monthly inventory
- Ensure all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe and expedited efficiently
