Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks including mochas, lattes, and smoothies
- Suggest food items to customers to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the coffee stand
- Operate headset to manage orders and keep customer lines flowing smoothly
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment
- Deliver consistent joy and friendliness throughout shifts
