Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for coffee and customer interaction
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills to handle transactions
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage with them like they are close friends
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages including mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the coffee stand
- Operate headset to manage orders and ensure smooth workflow
- Recommend complementary products like muffins to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a personal touch throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
