Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Availability for flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests like they’re your best friend and offer excellent customer service
Prepare mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and with high quality
Suggest food pairings to enhance customer experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
Manage busy lines efficiently while working the headset
Provide fast, friendly, and flawless service with a personal touch
Engage positively with team members to support teamwork and morale
