Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve espresso beverages, mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand and work area
- Manage order flow using headsets and registers to ensure quick service
- Suggest complementary menu items to guests to enhance their experience
- Lift up to 50 lbs safely as required during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic work environment
