Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage with them as if they were close friends
  • Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks including mochas, lattes, and smoothies swiftly and accurately
  • Recommend complementary food items such as muffins to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand and work area
  • Operate headset communication to efficiently manage customer orders and keep lines moving
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable service experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude throughout the shift
