Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be available to work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage with them as if they were close friends
- Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks including mochas, lattes, and smoothies swiftly and accurately
- Recommend complementary food items such as muffins to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand and work area
- Operate headset communication to efficiently manage customer orders and keep lines moving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable service experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude throughout the shift
