Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must pass employment verification through E-Verify
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout shifts
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly like best friends
- Prepare mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently
- Recommend complementary food items such as muffins
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked work station
- Operate headset to manage orders and keep the line moving
- Provide fast, friendly, and flawless service with a personal touch
- Deliver a positive and enjoyable experience throughout each shift
