Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Willingness to engage actively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare coffee beverages including mochas, lattes, and smoothies
- Suggest pastries and complementary items to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate the headset and manage customer orders efficiently
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment
