Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage with them like a close friend
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks including mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently
  • Suggest complementary food items to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the coffee stand
  • Operate headset to manage customer flow and orders smoothly
  • Deliver consistent, friendly, and high-quality customer service throughout the shift
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
