Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or food and beverage environment preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively under pressure

- passion for coffee and eagerness to learn
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests like they are your best friends who really need caffeine
- whip up mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently
- suggest complementary food items like muffins
- keep the coffee stand clean and well-stocked
- operate headset orders and manage the customer queue smoothly
- deliver fast, friendly, and flawless service with a personal touch
- maintain positive energy and uplift the team during the shift
