Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service orientation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests like they are close friends and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare coffee drinks such as mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently and accurately
- Suggest food items that complement beverages to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand area
- Operate the headset and manage customer orders smoothly during peak hours
- Deliver a positive and joyful experience to all customers throughout the shift
