Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests like they are close friends and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare coffee drinks such as mochas, lattes, and smoothies efficiently and accurately
  • Suggest food items that complement beverages to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand area
  • Operate the headset and manage customer orders smoothly during peak hours
  • Deliver a positive and joyful experience to all customers throughout the shift
