Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior customer service or barista experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and employment verification
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks including mochas, lattes, and smoothies
- Suggest complementary food items to customers
- Maintain a clean and fully stocked work station
- Operate headset efficiently to manage customer flow
- Deliver fast, friendly, and flawless service
- Foster a positive and energetic environment throughout the shift
