Job Duties
- Greet guests enthusiastically and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare coffee drinks including mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and accurately
- Suggest complementary products to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the work area
- Manage customer orders and lines efficiently using headset communication
- Deliver friendly and personalized service throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
