Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service or coffee shop experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare a variety of coffee drinks including mochas, lattes, and smoothies
  • Suggest and sell complementary food items to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
  • Efficiently manage orders using a headset and keep the service line moving
  • Deliver positive energy and a friendly atmosphere throughout the shift
  • Step up and take ownership of your role while supporting team members
