Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work as part of a team and uphold company values

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service or barista role is advantageous but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests like they’re your best friend
- whip up mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and expertly
- suggest complementary food items such as muffins
- keep the stand clean, sparkling, and well-stocked
- operate the headset to manage customer flow efficiently
- deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and personal touch
