Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift 50 pounds
- willing to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- reliable transportation to the Bend location
- ability to stand for extended periods
- clear background check
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and operating the register
- strong teamwork and leadership potential
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet guests like they’re your best friend who really needs caffeine
- whip up mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and accurately
- suggest complementary bakery items
- keep the coffee stand clean and well-stocked
- manage orders efficiently using the headset and keep the service line moving
- deliver fast, friendly, and flawless service with a personal touch
- maintain positive energy and uplift customers and team members throughout the shift
