- previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs
- willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

- operate headset to manage customer orders and keep the line flowing smoothly
- work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere
- deliver consistent, high-quality beverages with a personal touch
