Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Compliance with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations

Job Duties
- Lead the daily kitchen operations ensuring all team members perform their tasks efficiently and up to standard
- Manage food and beverage supplies, support service delivery and maintain kitchen readiness
- Implement and enforce safety practices including handling lost items and managing access to sensitive areas
- Maintain high sanitation standards, ensuring all kitchen surfaces and tools are clean and compliant with health codes
- Supervise kitchen staff to uphold quality and safety standards throughout all stages of food preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth food and beverage service
- Monitor kitchen workflow and adapt to busy periods to maintain efficiency
