Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in kitchen operations
- at least 1 year supervisory experience
- knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations

Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen ensuring every team member is on point and tasks are completed correctly
- manage food and beverage operations including stocking supplies and supporting service activities
- enforce safety procedures and manage access to sensitive areas
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards across the kitchen
- supervise kitchen staff and provide leadership during peak hours
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- coordinate inventory and supply management
