Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Or a 2-year college degree and 3+ years of related experience
  • Or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
  • Financial and arithmetic proficiency

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued throughout the dining experience
  • Inspire and coach food and beverage team members to deliver excellent service
  • Maintain operational and compliance standards including food safety and certifications
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
  • Oversee quality control of food and beverages and manage inventory and purchasing
  • Develop creative promotions to enhance the dining experience
  • Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and guests to resolve issues and communicate effectively
