Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Or a 2-year college degree and 3+ years of related experience
- Or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
- Financial and arithmetic proficiency

Job Duties
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued throughout the dining experience
- Inspire and coach food and beverage team members to deliver excellent service
- Maintain operational and compliance standards including food safety and certifications
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
- Oversee quality control of food and beverages and manage inventory and purchasing
- Develop creative promotions to enhance the dining experience
- Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and guests to resolve issues and communicate effectively
