Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred
- Creative thinker with food, beverage, and event knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and present professionally

Job Duties
- Manage food and beverage sales goals and service clients/groups
- Achieve sales targets and guest satisfaction scores
- Conduct client tours and build lasting relationships
- Monitor industry trends and identify market opportunities
- Plan and execute flawless catering and convention events
- Handle last-minute event changes smoothly
- Participate actively in community events and promotional activities
