Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Six months experience as a server in a similar restaurant preferred
- RAMP certification preferred
- Availability during peak times such as weekends, holidays, and special events
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Basic understanding of food preparation and presentation
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry trays
- Strong guest service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Maintain professionalism and composure
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to listen and address guest concerns effectively
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 6 months experience as a server in a comparable restaurant preferred
- RAMP certification preferred
- Availability during peak operating times including weekends, holidays and special events
- Operate point-of-sale system
- Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation, and handling
- Possess basic math skills and money handling capability
- Ability to stand for 8 hours or more
- Ability to lift and maneuver trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Maintain composure and objectivity

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience
- Welcome and greet guests making all feel comfortable
- Inform guests of specials and menu options
- Make genuine recommendations for menu items
- Upsell food and beverage items using suggestive selling techniques
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver orders timely and correctly from the kitchen and bar to guests
- Perform side work at the start and end of shifts
- Maintain clean service areas
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- Prepare final bill and process payments
- Assist fellow servers and bus persons as needed
- Thank guests and invite them to return
