Job Requirements
- Fluent in English with some Spanish preferred
- basic knowledge of computer applications including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- business or food service graduate or equivalent work experience
- front and back of house experience along with bar experience
- extensive food and beverage knowledge
- minimum 3 years experience in high-volume restaurant management
- minimum 3 years previous management experience
- ServeSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- valid Colorado Gaming License
- identification to establish identity
- identification to establish right to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Hire and train all front of house Lucille's employees, bartenders, cocktail servers, bar backs, leads, and supervisors
- schedule and assign workstations to all employees
- coordinate daily front and back of house restaurant operations
- maintain established service standards
- estimate future needs for goods, kitchen operating supplies, and cleaning products
- assist in auditing for food waste and nonfood inventory
- maintain compliance with health codes
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations for front and back of house personnel
- manage financial tasks including budgeting and profit and loss accountability
- comply with Food Safety Guidelines, Colorado gaming laws, Colorado liquor and beer codes, federal Anti-Money Laundering requirements, company policies, and IRS reporting
