The Dagny Boston is a newly established independent hotel located in the heart of downtown Boston's Financial District, an area renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and proximity to key landmarks. Job Requirements

  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage the check-in process smoothly
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Resolve guest concerns and challenges quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate financial records and process payments
  • Operate hotel management software and communication tools effectively
