Job Requirements

  • Have 1 to 6 months of experience in hotel housekeeping
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 70 pounds
  • Have normal, corrective vision and ability to distinguish colors and symbols
  • Be able to work in varying environmental conditions which may be hot, cold, noisy or contain secondhand smoke
  • Have manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull and grasp as required by the job

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form
  • Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Have 1 to 6 months of related experience
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Practice, support and promote the company service standards at all times
  • Communicate with guests in a professional manner
  • Answer guest questions with an understanding of the department and property
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance according to OSHA chemical Right-To-Know standards
  • Assist in accommodating guest special requests and escort guests as needed
  • Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior
