Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent required
  • 1 year previous customer service experience required

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests team members and management in both written and verbal form
  • Have basic math skills
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Understand and comply with all company departmental and Gaming Control Board rules regulations policies and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook and Internet
  • Ability to work any day of the week and shift including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Practice support and promote the company service standards at all times
  • Accurately create reservations and check guests in and out
  • Operate terminal and perform machine maintenance including issuing keys and keeping area clean
  • Address guests using their name and provide knowledgeable answers about the property
  • Assist supervisors in identifying guests with special needs
  • Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior
  • Clean and maintain front and back of house work areas and report supply shortages
