Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of advanced cooking experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capability to stand, walk, and move through casino areas
- Physical stamina to work under pressure
- Ability to handle objects up to fifty pounds
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate exposure to hot/cold temperatures and loud noise
- Must complete all required training within nine months
- Adherence to dress code and punctuality
- Compliance with all company policies
- Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Three years of advanced cooking skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Job Duties
- Insure food items are properly stored including raw materials and prepared items
- Inspect all outgoing orders for proper preparation, portion control, and presentation
- Ensure availability of soups, sauces, and necessary supplies prior to restaurant opening
- Take inventory of meats and seafood with knowledge of required quantities
- Coordinate food orders to appropriate cooks
- Prepare food items strictly following recipe manual specifications
- Review production schedule to determine food variety and quantity needs
- Complete production sheets and records with Sous Chefs
- Maintain clean work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, and grills
- Maintain proper food temperatures in compliance with ServSafe standards
- Properly label, date, and rotate products for safety and sanitation
- Operate all kitchen stations including roast, fry, pasta, vegetable, grill, pantry, breakfast, sauté, and high-volume cooking
- Collaborate with Sous and Room Chefs on daily operations
- Teach and mentor Cooks and Production Cooks
- Work harmoniously with team members in a high-pressure environment
- Adhere to dress code and punctuality standards
- Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service
- Maintain hospitable and polite interactions
- Comply with all information security policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain professional work environment
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies
- Complete required training within nine months
- Attend necessary meetings
- Adapt duties as required
- Work varying hours on a 24-hour schedule
