Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of intermediate cooking skills
- previous customer service experience
- ability to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino F and B operation
- maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure
- ability to handle objects up to fifty pounds
- work environment may include exposure to hot and cold temperatures and loud noises
- willingness to work in smoking permitted environment
- ability to follow safety precautions and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary education or experience preferred
- two years of intermediate cooking skills
- previous customer service experience
- excellent communication skills including ability to read, write and speak effectively
- ability to interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
Job Duties
- Rotate between cooking stations and restaurants in hot temperature areas
- have command of all stations of the kitchen including roast, fry, pasta, vegetable, grill, pantry, breakfast, saute, and high volume quantity cooking
- maintain proper food temperatures in accordance with regulatory and ServSafe standards
- properly label, date and rotate all products to ensure safe keeping and sanitation
- follow production sheets and records as required
- regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers and grills
- assemble supplies and equipment needed for daily cooking activities
