Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of intermediate cooking skills
  • previous customer service experience
  • ability to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino F and B operation
  • maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure
  • ability to handle objects up to fifty pounds
  • work environment may include exposure to hot and cold temperatures and loud noises
  • willingness to work in smoking permitted environment
  • ability to follow safety precautions and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary education or experience preferred
  • two years of intermediate cooking skills
  • previous customer service experience
  • excellent communication skills including ability to read, write and speak effectively
  • ability to interact well with customers and employees
  • ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically

Job Duties

  • Rotate between cooking stations and restaurants in hot temperature areas
  • have command of all stations of the kitchen including roast, fry, pasta, vegetable, grill, pantry, breakfast, saute, and high volume quantity cooking
  • maintain proper food temperatures in accordance with regulatory and ServSafe standards
  • properly label, date and rotate all products to ensure safe keeping and sanitation
  • follow production sheets and records as required
  • regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers and grills
  • assemble supplies and equipment needed for daily cooking activities
