  • Understanding of or willingness to learn proper sanitation, chemical handling, and safety procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
  • Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of chemicals and sanitation cycles
  • Maintain the organization of clean items, ensuring each piece is returned to its designated area
  • Monitor dish machine performance, reporting any malfunctions to kitchen leadership
  • Empty trash bins and break down boxes regularly and dispose in designated areas
  • Keep dish, prep, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of debris throughout the shift
  • Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitizing according to daily and weekly cleaning schedules
