Job Duties
- Provide impeccable, attentive, and courteous service to all guests
- Anticipate guest needs with refined attention to detail
- Deliver seamless table service including menu presentation, timing of courses, wine service, clearing, and resetting
- Uphold fine dining standards including proper service sequences, etiquette, and table maintenance
- Ensure all guests feel genuinely cared for, delivering an experience that exceeds expectations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the full menu including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and culinary techniques
- Execute side work and opening/closing duties with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room
- Manage multiple tables gracefully during high-volume services
- Follow procedures for handling payments, checks, split bills, and POS operations
- Support teammates by running food, restocking stations, and assisting as needed
- Communicate guest feedback and concerns promptly to management
- Follow all health, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Ensure adherence to fine dining cleanliness standards throughout service
