Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years experience as executive chef or chef de cuisine in fine dining or upscale concept
  • proficiency in cost control, budgeting and managing profit and loss
  • excellent understanding of fine dining plating and timing standards
  • proven leadership skills with ability to recruit and mentor culinary team
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to manage vendor relationships and sourcing
  • familiarity with pre-opening restaurant environments is a plus
  • experience in celebrity chef or luxury brands is an advantage

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years as an executive chef or chef de cuisine in fine dining or high-end concepts
  • strong experience in cost control, budgeting and P&L management
  • deep understanding of fine dining standards
  • proven leadership and team retention skills
  • exceptional attention to detail in flavor balance and presentation
  • commitment to quality, hospitality and culinary excellence
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • pre-opening experience preferred
  • experience with celebrity chef or luxury hospitality brands preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen operations with precision, efficiency and consistency
  • ensure impeccable execution of all menu items
  • champion fine dining standards from plating to timing
  • recruit, train and mentor skilled kitchen staff
  • maintain high-quality sourcing and manage vendor relationships
  • oversee P&L performance including food costs, labor efficiency and inventory control
  • collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
  • uphold brand standards and maintain working relationship with Disney partners
  • inspire and maintain a culture of professionalism and teamwork
